Here's a user that is selling their sanctuary set https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=74348.0 I didn't look into it but it looks to just the base kit with the red stripe.

Thanks. I have been in contact with the seller and am thinking about it. Kinda pricey with the international shipping from Russia plus the international paypal fees (~$140 after everything).

Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but are you upset that he's helping people who haven't been lucky with the RNG over selling to people with multiples in their collection already?
