I'd be all over this if 65% wasn't my least favorite layout. Looks great though, can't wait to see the next project.

My only issue is lack of customization. I'd totally consider this if it had winkey layout support.

No ISO option on this PCB? Is that right? Seems an oversight given so many boards offer this? :(

Unfortunately, the RGB LEDs restricted the bottom row options, and supporting two bottom row options wasn't possible.

It's not an oversight, it's a design choice, to preserve the integrity of the plate, hence the very limited switch position options. Plates with ISO layout cutouts on top of ANSI layout cutouts are a mess around the ISO Enter. Since the plate in this case design is an integral and major design feature, we wanted to make it the best it could be, rather than compromise it for a small minority of potential users.

The Zeal65 PCB supports ISO Enter, so if there were enough people wanting a Zephyr with an ISO plate, then it's possible we could arrange that.

If only this had a .5 blocker and a windows key... it would be perfect. Your pcbs are soooo nice :O.

Agreed, hope next round has .5 blocker. Also would be cool to expose the thicc plate out to the sides and back.

Hi Zeal - did you get a chance to take any Zephyr pics with switches/keycaps this weekend? Really interested to see more!

Updated OP with Zephyr wearing GMK Yuri. Will work on adding the other colours as well. :)

Will the Zeal65 PCB offered by itself in the future, like the Zeal60? And will it support other layouts for the bottom?

To be perfectly clear, the Zeal65 PCB being produced for Zephyr is also a limited run, as it's specifically designed for the Zephyr case.

That doesn't rule out it being produced in future for other case designs (perhaps with modifications to suit, i.e. USB location, etc.) either sold through ZealPC.net or other vendors.

Thanks for the replies! Don't have the money for the Zephyr kit, as much as I would like it, so I will be hoping a Zeal65 PCB will come out separately in the future.

Haha, if I paid this much for a keyboard, I would be too afraid to drink anything near it.

I won't even have bread crumbs near my CA66 when it arrives.

Aluminum is done anodizing, a few pictures below.
Switch plate is done, PVD looks great. Excuse the lighting / colours of the anodizing, fluorescent factory lighting + phone pics = colours are all off.

PVD nameplate needs to be redone as there are some finish issues. Requested to recut brass / PVD.  This will delay the shipment a bit.  :(

Good impressions overall for the zilents? I've definitely considered it, but I was kinda leaning towards linears for this build. Still undecided though.
