I know it's not 100% related to the PCB, but I just retrobrighted my spacebar and I think it made the build come together fully

PS: USE THIS PCB!

Hey, thanks a lot for taking the effort to make ISO users happy. I'm planning to build sth. like that as soon as I can get some ALPS Orange switches.

So my question is, if this board is available or if I have to order my own "Prototype" somewhere. This would mean, I have to solder all the parts by myself? Or is there any service that produces the PCB and does the SMT soldering for me?

Another question is if it is possible to switch the "Alt" (1.25) and "Gui" (1.5) keys in the bottom row. Which would result in "|  1.5  |  1.5  | 1.25 |     6.5     | 1.25 |  1.5  |  1.5  |". I guess this feature might be appreciated by many PC users (but I might be the only one building my own AEK ISO keyboard :D).

The idea is to make them relatively easy to order and build yourself using the releases at github from services like JLCPCB. They can assemble almost everything. Currently you'll need to solder the MCU, USB-C connector and/or the daughter board connector.

Currently not supported to do a "|  1.5  |  1.5  | 1.25 |     6.5     | 1.25 |  1.5  |  1.5  |" bottom row, but you can assign alt/gui to whatever you want in firmware. I will consider this for future releases.

I do have a few of the first prototype PCB's left, I'll drop you a PM regarding that.

Do you still have any of those PCBs left or are there any plans of manufacturing more of them?

Latest release (A4) is now uploaded to github and added to releases.
Changes:
- Moved daughter board connector for better fit in bakeneko and added cutout in PCB outline for bakeneko V3 (untested).
- Added two different BOM's for easier assembly of either use with tray mount or use with a case using daughter board.
- Minor tweaks and fixes

A bakeneko with AEK curvature would fit this project so nice :D

Most AEK vintage sets have space bars that do not match the other keys in them; therefore, it is interesting to see that yours does. Why is that? Did you retro-bright it?

The picture above is not my board, so I'm not sure. I would assume it has been retro-brighted.
