Title: D Key stem sheared off.

Hey there,

Just a note to say that my D key sheared off at the stem. I'm not a heavy typist and I noticed it wobbling so I removed the cap and the stem was loose. When I looked closer I could see that it wasn't mated well to the rest of the cap. Is this a common issue with GMK caps?

Seems like there wasn't much holding it in in the first place.

Under any normal circumstance I would say this is absolutely not normal for our caps. Can you let me know just a little more information regarding this set: What is the set name/who was the vendor? I can certainly follow up and look if there is anything we can do for you! I will DM you for further info!

For the sake of transparency:

It's been a couple months now an# there's been no further reply from An#y or GMK. An#y where are you? I was hoping there woul# be some resolution at this point but I've ha# to fin# my own.

Thanks for updating the thread with the positive resolution - it's always nice when things (eventually) work out.

Not that I can provide anything of an authoritative response, but I've not seen this before on any GMK sets.

This is nice and all, but consider that just for one keycap you were throwing away 200 usd.

Other keycaps maker just send you extra keys, you can buy them also if outside of the warranty time.
