Keypad not working

I have a cherry g84 4700 ps/2, and It won't work in any computer. I tested it on a computer with ps/2 on the motherboard and got nothing, and on my other computer with this ps/2 to usb converter. http://www.amazon.com/Cable-Wholesale-USB-Active-Adaptor/dp/B000I97N1M
