The keyboard is located in Europe, so if you are having problems with customs fees and you live inside the EU, its a perfect opportunity for you! (of course if you want a topre keyboard that is)

Note: There are currently problems with shipping so I am pretty sure I can't sell it to the guy that offered :(

Nice keyboard :)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Would this work with a Hasu controller?
People in the 1980s, in general, were clearly just better than we are now in every measurable way.

The dumber the reason the more it must be done

The auction seems to be setup to ship only to the USA - you would get more interest if it wasn't :)

I will bid on this for sure towards the end. Would be great to get a HHKB from Europe.
Can we get them to build the Alps ten feet higher and get Cherry to pay for it?

Still a very good price for a Topre keyboard, although still more than 3 days to go.

Nice keyboard :)

This actually looks so amazing with the black keycaps on the white case that it kind of makes me not want to sell it, I'm not sure if I'll go under 200 because I paid in total more for it than that so I'd rather keep it than deprofit hard like that, because I love the keyboard :(

But you can get new ones from EK for $235.. Okay, it's not in the EU, but it's also not 11 years old..

From EK, you have to pay about 40-50 dollars shipping to europe, then about 55-70 eur customs fees, and its also not the original Pro 1 aswell, so you would be paying about 350$ or more for it. And I'm saying that I am not sure yet.
