Will you be getting samples done? I worry about the contrast on those legends.

Gmk always does sample rounds to be aproved for custom colors so don't worry. I have irl Pantone chips posted in the op. I stacked them to show the legend color next to the mod color. The chips in my hand have good contrast. If the gmk samples don't reflect that, I will keep getting samples untill they do.

Yes, VT used a dark purple on dark grey keys. This is a bright purple on a dark blackish purple.

Do you mean the colors? Im not sure. Ive not seen what colors that were picked for those sets. I picked these colors by hand myself back in October 2018. What are you confused about? Im sorry I dont understand your question. ^^;

Violet tendencies had a deep purple on grey keys.essentially a dark on dark mod colors.  This is a neon purple on an almost black. bright color on dark background. The plan is to just make sure gmk matches my pantones lol

Why would you have Japanese text in the marketing or kit overview, if you're not going to include j-legends?

This is a really good point. With the katakana in the advertising, thought for sure katakana would be main or sub legends. If Katakana is in, then it might be fun!

Are the kits changing (more novelties) or is this gonna be the basic layouts? I like them as-is, but I thought you were cooking up more novelties from the poll that ran when the IC started.

Found the novelty kit on Discord. My only input, if I may, would be to add a r3, 1u novelty, and a couple more r4, 1u ones. It looks like the alien and other animal are done twice.

New Possible kits!! I went ahead and asked for these kits to be rendered but im still waiting as Abec is very busy. But dont worry, they will be done soon! so stay tuned! I will swap out the images on this post when I have them.

I was really wanting the weeb legends to win XD HOWEVER, Im sure some of you saw the Katakana mono legends that Ren was trying to push on Terra, we really like them. I saw a few asking about Katakana for this set as well. The thing is, GMK doesnt have mold for katakana so its gonna be an expensive af kit, but it looks super nice. I love the Katakana kit. So nice to see something that's not trying to be something it's not, like all the GMK hiragana sets out there (Hiragana on Japanese keyboards is a real thing but none of the GMK sets support Japanese keyboards). It's cool and fun and it fits the theme perfect. I'd use it even without Alpha legends on it. Honestly this is looking great. This set is a complete win for me. Take my money.
