It's in Spanish... kb made in Mexico.  Some M13's were made by Maxi Switch in Mexico, too.

I had a French Canadian Model M13 made in USA.  I loved how it used symbols for the navigation keys.  Ended up selling it to a guy in Finland, oddly enough.

Yeah, I really like the french symbols. I will get an IBM set of those keycaps one of these days.
