Just for clarification, for a particular color way (let's say cyan/blue), we would need a total of 35 cyan/purple regardless of language; or is 35 cyan/purple Japanese and 35 cyan/purple Hangul required to unlock the order?

Hey, this is a great question. I didn't ask the dye-subber about this, but I will find out tonight (morning in Taiwan). I would say it's 35 Cyan/Purple Japanese and 35 Cyan/Purple Hangul for now to be safe.
