Just saw the terminal at your portal, love the mods setup. Just one suggestion. Could the rest of mod keys over arrows section also be offered in orange (in del, home ...)? I would love to have full orange mods section  for that full uniform mod look. It may increase the cost but I am sure we have enough orangephiles in community to gobble it up.

Please include blue enters (ISO ANSI) in the orange modifier kit  :thumb:

Would also love the sublegends on keys like Q and M to be the same as OG skidata.

Terminal R2 color kits, like the Skidata R1 GB, do not have full support for 75%/65% right column.

In fact, the Terminal R2 color mod kit is missing some keys that were included in the first Skidata GB.

Skidata Round 1 color kit had R1 Print Screen, Scroll Lock & Pause/brk.

I would love to see these, plus R1 Delete and either:

R1 Home, R2 PgUp, R3 PgDn, R4 End

or

R1 Home, R2 End, R3 PgUp, R4 PgDn

These would allow full orange coverage of 75% and 65% boards' right hand side, pictured here:

Ah, so To Be Defined is the unofficial name? Why'd you pick that name? Is it a code/reference to what may be the official name down the road?
I think the name "SD" (SkiData) is a better acronym than "TBD"; the latter can be euphemistic.

Windowed keys. One of them is in the wrong row though, Ill get it fixed before we run.

Okay, so I took another look at the orange mod kit.

I believe we're still missing this small cluster of caps:

205191-0

The R1 Home key is particularly important for a 75% column consisting of:

R1 Delete
R1 Home
R2 PgUp
R3 PgDn
R4 End.

Aside from that, I have a question:
205193-1

What layouts are these R1 End and R1 PgDn supposed to be used with? I can't think of any off the top of my head. These two caps are also present in the orange mod kit

Any chance for a r3 1u icon return for a Planck? I know it isn't the standard Planck layout but I think it is a fairly common option.

I assume the SkIIdata orange is not the same as the GMK Carbon R2 orange.     Has anyone compared the R1 carbon to the original skidata?  Do they clash or complement each other?

Filled out the IC form.


Some renders on the first post would be nice, even if they were renders of round 1. I think it gives a much better impression of what to expect this set to look like on a keyboard.

Renders will come forthwith as soon as the kits are decided upon. If you want to see what Skidata looks like on a board just do a search on Reddit. There should be a bunch!

I can't wait for the group buy for this set! I'm definitely in for the base and relegendables kits!

I don't think the blue spacebars kit goes particularly well with the orange/black theme, though. Black (and/or possibly orange) keys in that kit would be a better match in my opinion. The base and 40's kits look great, though!  :thumb:

Standard GMK Colors N9 with V2. The accent blue is N5.

Yes, however I don't think any sort of rendition of Skidata will have trouble hitting higher MOQs if it were to be necessary for basically any of its kits. It's such a popular set and TKC are a well respected, trusted brand given their track record who work with other competent proxies, this is going to be a hit for sure.

Yes please! Basic accents in the Base set would be great! I’d hate to have to buy a *whole* expensive Modifiers set just to use an orange Esc and an orange Enter.
