[WTB] ergodock for my ergodox
« on: Fri, 29 April 2016, 12:38:45 »
I understand that I am way late to the ergodox game, but after typing on it daily for the past few months (coding, web development) I am recognizing that I could really use some tilting / tenting. I know there are options from the Kinesis line of products, but I would really like to have the wooden wrist rest built in that I've seen in some of the ergodock pictures.

Long shot here, is anyone still building them? I have no woodworking tools, woodworking skills and not really any time to pick up what would be a new hobby for me.  Please drop a PM with availability and/or pricing.

moderator, if this should go in the artisan subforum, please move as necessary.

I've made a few for myself and have started on a batch to sell. Not certain on pricing yet, I may do an interest check at some point but I can add you to my interest list if you want.

Actually, it would come with individual feet underneath, my photos just show a little ramp I made to experiment with different heights. Updated photo http://i.imgur.com/Q9bwbya.jpg

A little off topic, but a possible alternative.

I recently picked up a set of these as a cheap way to tent.  I'm using them in combination with a full hand version of the case and so far I'm liking it.  Not sure which case you have or how it would work with a classic case, but just a thought.
