Would someone be able to have a look at what I've got so far? I want to add a 6 pin(thru hole) ISP header next which should connect to PB1, PB2, PB3 and Reset. I know I am missing some resistors and caps, any advice is appreciated.

I aren't too proficiency at electronics but you have two switches connected to col0 row1. Switches 6 and 7.

Thank you, at first I had an extra column with only key 6 in it and removed it. Now key 6 is wired to col 0, row 3.

Still trying to gather info. for the schematic. If I understand correctly I should have decoupling/bypass capacitors for each pair of the following:

100nF(0.1uF)    PINS
UVCC - UGND (2, 5)
VCC - GND (14, 15)
AVCC - GND (24, 23)
VCC - GND (34, 35)
AVCC - GND (44, 43)
VBUS - GND (7) -> ground plane (10uF)

I've come across the suggestion to place the caps on the bottom of the PCB directly beneath the pads for the IC with vias to make the connection. Am I on the right track?
