i dont think so, the bottoms are really different, but i could be wrong im sure someone will confirm, i have a niggling feeling i have heard they do and im being an idiot

Yes they do fit.  I've had a QFR top on a Filco bottom and vice versa.  I had to shave off one plastic PCB standoff on the bottom of one of the cases (forgot if it was Filco or QFR)....but it will fit.  Assuming that you are using a filco USB cable and not the QFR daughter board.
