Hey everyone, a few clarifications on the delay. Today we received an update from GMK via our main vendor, mykeyboard.eu. GMK has caught up with their production queue, however they're currently experiencing plastic sourcing issues with their plastic supplier, so they've had to push several sets back by a couple of weeks. GMK Yugo is one of the sets affected. The new ETA that they've given us is week 26, which means the set should ship out to vendors in late June / early July, as audiosl4ve pointed out.

We've received confirmation from several vendors that GMK has shipped out the sets to them. Depending on region, transit is expected to take from one to six weeks. Upon receiving the sets, vendors will begin sorting and shipping them out to customers (together with deskmats and Salvun artisans).

With that said, I must ask everyone to stay patient for a little while longer, and to kindly refrain from opening premature support tickets asking for tracking etc. Rest assured, your vendor will put out a notice once the sets are ready to ship from them to you.

FYI, I didn't get any notice from Kono, but the package arrived. Was trying to figure out what was shipping haha.

Happy with the cap colours, great job on the beige, and colours in general!

Deskmat, not so much. White is almost blue / purple. Also has big crimps in the corners 2 corners (inside roll), but I'll save complaints for another post.

Great job on the keyset!

Not mykeeb only, every vendor needs to make new deskamts since there were some accident with deskamts that were supposed to be shipper to all vendors. It's nothing mayor and we apologise for another delay but they will be ready in few weeks. Sorry again to you all and be a little more patient.

Set looks wonderful, thank you! Note, this is in strong direct sunlight - the burgundy legends are more subdued/darker than this shot suggests.

Got mine today. Big thanks to the creators of this set - I could not be happier with how it turned out. I really hope that you will (eventually) run R2 so that many of us can get Zastava set (it's a must have).

Regarding extras, i'm sure there will be plenty of extras. It all depends on vendors when they shipp all GB orders and decide when they will sell them. Be sure to follow your regional vendor and keep you eyes open.

Percentage wise of total there are quite a few extras, in actual numbers though, not that many.

Exact total extras numbers:
Base (Yugo 45)   110
Capitalism   55
Spacebars (Cabrio)   38
Artisan   0
Deskmat   10

The base kits are quite evenly spread across all vendors.
MyKeyboard and DailyClack both ordered 20
zFrontier 25
Kono 35

I see there is some confusion regarding the deskmat situation, so here is a breakdown of what happened. Hopefully this should help clear things up. My apologies for not posting earlier.

Kono Store was in charge of handling the manufacturing and distribution of deskmats to other vendors.
Kono had the first (and I believe only) batch of deskmats manufactured right after the GB closed, in Q1 2020, and soon started fulfilling their buyers' orders. However, they did not ship the deskmats intended for other vendors at this time.
According to Kono, during their warehouse move from UT to CA, “a lot of inventory got jumbled and [the Yugo deskmats] slipped through”. Unfortunately, they only realized this recently, when the set was completed and the other vendors started asking about the unfulfilled deskmat shipments.
Having been made aware of the issue, last week mykeyboard.eu placed an express order for an extra batch of deskmats with their own manufacturer. This batch will cover orders for MKEU and DailyClack customers. zFrontier will have done the same thing with their own orders and manu.
The new deskmats will hopefully be done and the remaining orders will start shipping ASAP. I will try to get an estimate as to when exactly.

Once again, we apologize for not catching this issue earlier. I would kindly ask everyone not to lay blame on their vendors. If you have to blame someone, you can blame me for not checking and just assuming that the deskmats have made their way to all of the vendors.

There is one upside here, though: the new batches of deskmats that are being manufactured use an updated version of the design, which fixes some of the issues that were present in the original. This entails better margins, typography, as well as more accurate colors. So buyers will at least be getting something in return for the extra wait.

Anyway, I'm really happy that you guys are enjoying your sets. The photos I've seen so far look awesome! I can't to get my hands on my own set. Until then, best regards from sunny Split, Croatia. I saw a Yugo (the car) on my way to the beach today

Can you clarify the deskmat situation for Kono orders?

I received mine. I guess maybe it sat in their jumble too long - 2 corners are really crimped, and you mentioned a revised design. Is the revision (more accurate colours) being sent to all or just those who haven't gotten a mat yet?
