I hadn't really noticed before, but I agree the blank teal cap looks great. Maybe if we blow past MOQ we could add that as an extra key? Similar to how Metro/Bento was able to add a few extra keys because they sold so well.

Mike, can you tell me the Row profiles for that 40's kit? I can't tell what profile that 1u backspace is, and if it's R1, I would think that a R2 would be more suitable for most 40's.

If the NumLock and ScrollLock legends have been shortened to "Num" and "Scroll" respectively, shouldn't CapsLock just become "Caps" as well?
