Some kind of robot, looks like zen from Overwatch
Data crystal, AI crystal core?

Looks like something a datavault would have, something that a robot would just have on there body somewhere cause sci fi cool
Best guess is a data access card, keycard

But the final one HAS TO BE the unicorn origami from Blade Runner right?

Yep, it is that one:)

3rd from last is most definitely the flux capacitor from back to the future, he also included the Delorean time machine and the digit used in it (although i guess those can be seen in a lot of movies from that era)
am i thinking that the "truend" is Trueno from the Toyota Corolla AE86 in reference to Initial D (same font style as the actual badge on the car) for the rest of it i have nothing to add, there may be other references to initial D, i only know the show for the AE86 and music, never watched...
