Yam and SPota

They really are the most time efficient food.

You just toss it in, w/ the oven timer, and eat it all day whenever.   A complete meal, everything you need.

I am kind of curious but can't decipher your gibberish.

What are you talking about?
"The Trump campaign announced in a letter that Republican candidates and committees are now expected to pay “a minimum of 5% of all fundraising solicitations to Trump National Committee JFC” for using his “name, image, and likeness in fundraising solicitations.”
“Any split that is higher than 5%,” the letter states, “will be seen favorably by the RNC and President Trump's campaign and is routinely reported to the highest levels of leadership within both organizations.”"

I like the combination of sweet potatoes with a tahini-based sauce. Other vegetables are a lot more cost effectiv though, especially where I live.

Yams are not sweet potatoes, but I still can't find spota.

Yea, they're a bit overpriced in the west. In Asia it's way cheaper.

What are you talking about?

The magic is that you can eat nothing buy yam/spota  and be 100% nutritionally complete.

Whereas if you ate pasta alone, you would die.

Evolutionarily speaking, it was likely the discovery and cooking of "Tubers" and other "Root Veggies" which lead to the rapid development of the human brain, glucose being its primary fuel.

So "SPota" means sweet potato? That is just too obtuse for me.

I really like them with Japanese curry sauce.

Try murasaki/Japanese purple pots. They have that same starchy texture and sweetness
