Keyboard of the Month - May - Nominations
« on: Wed, 25 May 2016, 03:49:47 »
Hello everyone, KOTM is back at it's new start time of the final week of the month! Hopefully this will give every board nominated a chance to be +1'd and entered into the vote which will start the second week of June!

Last month's winner was Mad_Maxx's CopperDog 65% build!

Just a quick rerun of the main rules for anyone who has forgotten:

  • Self nominations are permitted.
  • The board you nominate must have had some major update to it in the last calendar month in order to be nominated.
  • You must provide a link to the part of the forum where the board was originally posted to

This thread will last for approximately two weeks, then the vote thread will follow! Good luck!
Can we get them to build the Alps ten feet higher and get Cherry to pay for it?

Nominating 27/XX7's RS78. This thing blew my mind when I saw it. This month is going to be a close race.

+1 for this one :)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
