In my Zenith I fried a IC chip... Drat. My Dad and I are locating one (work is sometimes a wondrous place) No wonder my keyboard wasnt working. Not that it worked before, but my engineering teacher wanted to see the beast in action. I guess he will have to settle for my 5.5 lbs bat... I mean Model M.

I had an old Nan-Tan with complicated blue Alps that featured NKRO, but the controller IC got hot and stopped working.  Hopefully yours is a simple un-coded IC!
Currently GMMK Pro: lubed 68g U4T, FR4 plate, extra gaskets, etc

Between that Nan-Tan and another XT-only board with blues, I had just enough good ones to populate a Nan-Tan that originally had complicated whites, and my Siig Minitouch. :)

A very good idea. A Siig sounds quite nice for carrying around my highschool. Compact and ALPS:) but the price kills my hopes and dreams...
