Hmm not sure if i understood correctly (or rather if google translator works) but i saw on duck's insta there might be ano problems for the grey version ? Have those been resolved ?

Where did you see that? Can you link?

every board has ano problems with grey, has been an issue since literally the beginning of time in keyboards

there will probably be a delay and then it'll be close enough to be fine

Puddsy's right. Gray may have some issues and each board's gray might not be the same.  I'm sorry I forgot to mention this before.  If you want to change your colour/cancel your order, please email me.

If you do decide on sticking with gray, I do NOT guarantee the gray's anodizing quality.

I really like the gray and want to consider taking the risk but would like a better understanding of what could go wrong.

I believe it's the consistency of the colour. It is very hard for the anodizing manufacturer to get the colours to the same gray quality Duck wants.  So there may be some inconsistency, but Duck/Truecustom will try their best, but they cannot guarantee it.  It has nothing to do with the case quality, only the colour is the issue.

It may be a bit late, but I stopped invoicing those that chose gray as their case colour.  I will only invoice after you accept that I can't guarantee the anodizing quality of gray.

When were invoices supposed to be sent out for those that selected gray? I replied to your email on the 10th saying I wanted to switch to silver, and assumed you'd send an invoice when you returned from your trip. I still haven't gotten one, and it looks like I was removed from the buyers spreadsheet. So that's cool I guess.

it has last been edited on the 5th of december, so the change is pretty recent.


My old account for kbdlabs didnt work anymore, so I had to sign up again, which weirdly takes two days to activate. So I can give you guys a little more info then.
