Just got my kits in today! First keycap buy, and oh my lord was it worth it. The caps are silky smooth, yet not glossy. The profile wasn't a big as a shock as I expected, I came from some cheapo OEM caps. Really happy all around. Weirdo alphas look great and add a nice amount of uniqueness to my bnard.
However, light bleed from the colored caps is pretty bad. While the white caps are completely opaque, the colored caps bleed quite a bit of light, showing all the posts and such. Not a big deal, as I run without backlight now anyways, but worth mentioning. In my case I had soldered through hole single color LEDs when I first built my board, so I'm pretty sure my PCB doesn't support per key LED customization. Maybe someone with a PCB with RGB LEDs can just locally disable the LEDs under wherever they have colored caps.
