Any experience with the Tidbit macro pad from nullbits?

Anyone have experience with the tidbit macro pad?  I ran across it via Google and did not see any posts at geekhack.   Seems slightly expensive considering all you still have to buy (basically you are buying the pcb).
But, they seem to have a well developed board with some cool flexibility and damn good installation instructions, in my opinion.  Wondering if I could code a random count down clock to increase that anxiety at work :)
