They exist, but sadly, at the failure of the host or the manufacturer - some orders are missing, including ALPs plates.

Yeah - We have not been reliable when it comes to this, by far the worst done GB ever hosted and it has taught us to stay away from keyboard GBs that have 5000 variations in builds and colors.

The screws to mount the diffuser aren't listed in that spreadsheet. Those are screws for the alu case only. I'll add them to the spreadsheet linked there in another sheet.

The screws for the diffuser are m2x10mm or m2x12mm with a round stepped brass nut at the bottom that recesses into the diffuser. This secures the diffuser to the PCB. You can space the PCB and diffuser with an o-ring. If you're sourcing this stuff yourself, some thicker o-rings do not work with 10mm long screws and you'll need a 11 or 12mm long screw. The ones that I have on hand are 3mm ID, 8mm OD, 2.5mm cross section and work with m2x12 very well.  Screw sits flush with the bottom of the washer iirc.

I have extras of all hardware on hand. LMK if you need these and or bumpons as they are proprietary. Purchased extras of all this stuff in anticipation for future projects but I can send some for the cost of postage to anyone who needs them.

But who messed it up with the screws?? It kills me that this thing isn't finished yet 99% - I've been to the hardware store (on our drive in total) and they don't have screws this side. Can you show me a picture of how the screws look like in your keyboard? Tbh I really don't see a point that you ship me screws from the US But I see a point in "they should have come with my order"...

Hardware and bumpons for the bent plate (not the alu case) should have been delivered to them with the PCBs from KP. These were the first things that were delivered after I sorted out the alu cases and had them shipped back. As every single thing coming from KP had issues, I decided to keep the PCBs and forgo everything else. I and CK were refunded for what wasn't sent. Everything that wasn't sent was made with the factory resources that I had or easily obtainable from china resellers at the same price that we paid KP for them. (switches, cone feet, etc)

They still owed me the rubber bumpons for the alu cases since I paid for them and were a custom size and weren't delivered with all the stuff in the very beginning. I had those shipped to my hotel while I visited China in Sept '18 to look at the laser and CNC place. KP made 1k bumpons (MOQ from their supplier) and sent me 700. The rest went to CK.

A little bit down the road, the alu plates, bent steel plates, and diffusers were laser cut at my factory that does laser cutting and bending and delivered around Oct/Nov '18.

Since the original aluminum cases were not sent from KP due to QC issues, the hardware for those things had to be sourced individually. I sourced my own and CK should have sourced them on their end. I sent them a spreadsheet of hardware size well in advance. Due to a plethora of issues, these were delivered with southpaw fullsize towards the end of '19.

I was told that CK was just missing a few plates and a black alu case recently. If they're missing hardware and can't source, I can send hardware from them in bulk to dist to everyone in EU.

I think I can write a 10 page essay about this experience. I probably won't do 10 pages but will do some kind of write up once this comes to a close.

I don't have any of the screws needed to fix plate/PCB or the back feet/risers or any rubber bumpons etc

Super nice case though - excited to put it together. Did I read somewhere it needs a bit of hacking to fit in a ISO enter?

I had to file this area down on the plate to make room for the switch. It was not a big deal at all. Waiting for screws, aluminium- and rubber feet to put mine together also.

Sorry - The change from raw to black caused confusion, it is being sent ASAP, the assembly cost is being refunded, and white LEDs from the order are being packed in being 1.8mm to prevent GMK Keycap issues.

What is the order number? All packages shipped after May or so have screws included, did you not get yours? We put them into a baggie with the bubble wrap OR they were mixed with the free comp. screw in stabs.

We never received any screws from reconsiderit, we purely used the EXCEL file given to us, I apologise if there are missing screws, that would really screw us since we have resent a lot of new screws to customers already.  That really screws the situation given this is true... Kind of just a summary really of this whole GB... Yikes

Yeah sorry, holy **** really.. it looks like we were not made aware of all hardware at all, only came in the newest posting that there are acryl screws to be done. So a third round of packages for some customers, yay!

 So after a week getting the Swedish postal service to send me the package I unboxed it today.

I bought both an alu and integrated case. What I got was an alu case and a bent case. Even after a conversation with Candy who said: "Alright,  no worries. We will get a extra Int. Case then as it was already manufactured " Then again this information was said August 29, 2018.

I also decided to pick up two sets of genuine cherry stabilizers and at first I was like hmm, looks like I'm lacking a long boy stabilizer. So I counted them and realised that I got 7 pair of stabilizers, an odd number to have for 2 sets. Turns out I only got one kit sent. Even double and tripple checked to be sure. Probably going to check another time after posting this.

Regarding rubber feet? None to be found. Says: "Note that rubber feet for the keyboard will be included. They will most likely be the translucent thin material as opposed to the thicker crosshatched black material."

And I as well lack case screws for both my cases.

But to end on a good note. My Alu case does look very nice and that part of my order I am very pleased with.

Yeah in August 29 that is believe before the whole restructure of this to make it work... Originally we had ordered them, but we had to do bent plate. I am not sure anymore, this thing is a mess. Regarding the bent plates, as we have not sent the screws as we were unaware of them, we need to order those, will take time again from the screw place.

The sets are not Cherry stabs but Durock stabs btw to make sure. Rubber feet also did not happen - I assume this is for bumpons. I will ask for specs on those, its all really a mess.

I sent a e-mail to you to confirm what is missing, please double check on the case screws as we are 100% those are in, either really stuck with the bubble wrap or something, it is a separate translucent bag.

I would like to solve this to the end... no matter what the cost, I mean this GB is so old that even inflation is playing a role in the final financial outcome of this.

I don't think I even received a refund for what I didn't get. I ordered an integrated case with silver cone feet and stabilizers. What I got was a bent case, no cone feet(I asked to remove those because I would only need them with the integrated case) and stabs that were not enough to even fill the board. I didn't even get any spacebar wires. There's a difference of like 40 euros between what I got and what I ordered. Is this going to be adressed in some way?

And just to make something clear, while I have been critical of CK and they probably hate my guts at this point I'm not gonna blame CK anymore. They're the only ones that are even doing something(looking at you Reconsiderit). I genuinely like my Southpaw now that I have it and that's all thanks to CK. I think they want this to be over as much as we do.

So you are going to resend them? What do you need? My order number is #16901 and you got the updated adress a while ago

In an attempt to fix this and make the EU folks happy, I'll put hardware packets together and send them in bulk to candykeys and they can distribute them from there. Will email them and get this sorted out asap.

As for those that want to source screws themselves, I'll grab some pics of my bent case in a moment.
