Title: Thank You
Post by: Thechemist on Tue, 15 April 2014, 15:27:40
Just wanted to say thank you for the awesome job Brad did taking care of my defective switches. This is why I will continue to purchase from you guys in the future.

I base my business decisions on how I would want to be treated as a customer.

I have taken the Blue switches off for now and will hopefully get them back soon after dealing with the manufacturer.

If anyone want potentially faulty switches as a very discounted rate, let me know.

I have had reports of switch that don't audibly click properly, scratched housings, and debris in the the switch causing it not to return properly.

Overall seems like a bad batch.

Does this only affect the blue switches?

Does this only affect the blue switches?

I have had a few isolated issues with the Black switch which I have dealt with on a case by case basis.

No complaints on the Red or Brown switches.

Bottom line is if you are not satisfied, I will make it right.
