VIA: Possible to switch ESC Key behaviour?

Hey,

I've a 65% (NK65) Keyboard and it would be nice to switch the ESC Behaviour of it.
My preferred version was to have:

ESC: Backtick
Shift + ESC: Tilde
ALT + ESC: ESC

Searched a lot but didn't found a solution for this.
Maybe someone can help.
