Even in taobao, your request are also very rare(the easiest I can think of is dying full-set white PBT to blue). Possible but not probable.

The only PBT blanks that are available is white. No other colors available. You might be able to get a set from SP, but they'll charge you up the bum for it, and also only a ABS spacebar. It's at least $1 per PBT cap. If you're desperate to get blue, then try RIT dye.

i recently bought some pbt caps from SP's stock, and it was 1$/cap, i could only choose from the caps that are listed on their stock page (dated at 1/2/12), and melissa could only give me grainy phone cam photos of the caps before i bought. i only bought a few caps, so that was fine, but if you're trying to assemble a full set i wouldn't recommend it.
