I think the confusion comes from the fact that you have "Soware" and "Yolch" listed in the original post--and those are definitely more than 2-color sets.  And you even said yourself "and my favorite one is a Dolch set with a sky blue font".  So that's another vote for a 3-color set right in the OP.

That's true.  I think the cost goes up by a minimal amount, $2-5 / set? But if you multiply it by 400, then it's going to seem like A LOT again.

The Triumph Adler isn't naturally that color, that's a faded olivetti set practically

also i'm not sure 'triumph adler' is the correct name anyways

Dolch with orange legends?

Oolch?
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Exactly, too much Dolch addiction here on Geekhack now.  It's like the addicts only see two colours and one of them is always Grey no matter what.  It's like Dog Colour Vision any colour as long as it's Grey  ::) .

This is a German Police board.  They were made in very limited amounts.  The alpha keys are Olivetti legends with a white keycap (2M) while the mods have a more teal color.  Our white keycap (CP) is a little different.  As Dubs has noted to me, that color can be found on the Handarbeit set in the 17key pad as the ".Del" key.  The board shown has very faded keycaps from the sunlight.

Not the best picture, but here is another one.

Dolch - N9 / CC / CP
Olivetti - V4 / 2B / and Possibly U9
Classic Beige - BJ / CB / Possibly U9
Charred Orange - N9 / N6 is not available anymore, so I went with V2 which can be found on the color ring

RGB - V4 / V1 / N7

The dolch-with-sky-blue would be amazing -- I'd probably also buy a purple set (though I would prefer it with purple-on-beige mods, which would break the two color thing).  Actually, how does dolch-with-blue or yolch fit the two color thing? Would it be all the lighter gray or all the darker gray or something?

I'm not sure how soware fits into the two-color restriction, either -- an entire board of very-light-blue-on-very-light-grey would look weird imo.

I think I'd prefer Purp n Cream as well. Something like this one.

Teal n Cream would be awesome too, although I did just buy the "BlueGreen" SP cap set. A GMK Teal n Cream might be worth selling it though.

+1 for CCnB, Coffee & Cream, or something like the Retro set with brown and burgundy.

I'm actually getting samples of the M8 key, Katy Perry.  The M8 is like the DSA keycap.

I like the Burgundy a lot, but not the brown so much.

Raindrop is pretty close to CCnB (Cream Cheese & Blue), which a lot if people have mentioned.

I would love burgundy anything, really, but standard Cherry profile.  I love the Retro colorscheme but not the DSA profile.

I'd like to see the Raindrop Set done by GMK. I know you already have an Olivetti Set, but this has grey modifiers and I want modifiers in the color of the Alpha legends!

But no matter what wins I'll probably buy it. GMK keycaps are just too good :D

Edit:

I just saw this was already mentioned. I hope you offer the 2 marked keys in the mod color as well for perfect symmetry!

This little detail is really important to me. I hope you consider it for all your sets!

I really like that faded Triumph Adler color. I'm not sure what else to call it so that's what I'm calling it. That teal is nice. I'm still putting my vote out there for SoWaRe and of course: Pink and Purple.

Something like this picture I borrowed from tumblr:

Exactly, but I swear he said he wanted to do black on very dark gray a few months ago. It might have even been something for a potential R3 PBT GB, but I forget.
