Logitech G15 Keycaps? (compact)

I'm looking for keycaps like the G-keys, ESC, and F-keys on Logitech's G15.



I would even be fine with keycaps that are standard width, but only as long as the Cherry MX switches.

Does such a beast exist, or must I custom mold a set?
