Did you measure it?
It fits tight on a 1.6mm pcb. No rattle.

Measuring is irrelevant, here's the official spec sheet: http://switches-sensors.zf.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/Keymodule_MX_EN.pdf

The stabiliser expects a 1.5mm PCB with a bilateral tolerance band of 0.14mm either way. Maximum expected PCB thickness is 1.64mm

For what it's worth, the samples I have on hand have 1.67mm clearance between the bottom face of the stabiliser body and the clip retention. This really isn't going to fit anything thicker than Cherry spec. If the Uniqey keyboard has PCB any thicker, they are either milling slots down to specified thickness at the clip locations or are using non-standard stabilisers.

It's not irrelevant.

Make it to spec or stabilisers won't fit. Is that irrelevant or are you just thick? (pun not intended)

In case that's not happening, you can get good 3u PBT spacebars on Aliexpress that are easy to dye and apparently fit the GMK profile perfectly.

Vincent who runs the store in that link also has light and darker gray 3u spacebars as well.
I've already bought 2 of each of those colours already.
Enjoypbt also make 3u spacebars for those who want an exact colour match with their sets.

I don't think so. I contacted KBDfans about it and they support it through sets like this: https://kbdfans.cn/products/pre-orderenjoypbt-black-japanese-dye-sub-keycaps
I've also asked them for an additional 3u spacebar so that I can use it with this PCB/ 60% case by Doyu Studio.

I'd prefer your photoshopped layout with the 1U LSHIFT over the 1.25u LSHIFT. That means 15 1U keys in the second row. :thumb:
Hope it'll be available that way!

For a USB type C device, it must be explicitly designed so that it supports direct USB-C to USB-C connections. In particular, the correct arrangement of pull up and pull down resistors must be in place so that a device functions in this configuration. See the following document: http://www.ti.com/lit/wp/slly017/slly017.pdf

From that document: "Noticeably absent from the USB Type-C receptacle is the ID pin. The determination of host or peripheral functionality is handled differently in Type-C. Here, the host or peripheral detection is done through monitoring channel configuration (CC) pins (CC1/CC2) while toggling at a specific interval between a pull-up resistor and pull-down resistor. Depending on the voltage level detected on the CC pins after a defined de-bounce time, the device becomes either a host or a peripheral."

I'm curious to know if the DO60 is designed with the correct pull up/down resistors to determine that it will be a peripheral in a USB-C to USB-C configuration?

About manufacturing:
Takes around 2 months to manufacture

Pricing:
PCB : $30 Looking for higher quantity, and make the price as low as $25
Plate : $17 each Hope we can do it with only $12 after higher quantity
Stabilizer : $6 each for 7*2u and 1*6.25u

Not sure if I missed it, but how is the PCB programmed?

I would’ve liked the screw hole areas as an oval shape instead of circles, as some cases are a bit funky with placement (Like the Tina with the older Bfake PCB’s).

Anyway, great price I will probably join.  :thumb:

Hi,
The schematic is unconnected for cc pins.
Cause 32u4 support only usb2.0.
The features in 3.1 is not useful for the chip right now.

Why usb-c?
It will become more popular in the future.
If we change the chip for supporting more features in the future, it might become useful.
And most important!! It doesn't care direction, you will use it without annoying while plug it.

Not sure if I missed it, but how is the PCB programmed?

I would’ve liked the screw hole areas as an oval shape instead of circles, as some cases are a bit funky with placement (Like the Tina with the older Bfake PCB’s).

Anyway, great price I will probably join.  :thumb:
QMK for now.
And we're working on how to program qmk without any command line.

The screw hole is what we're going to change.
We found the issue you mentioned as well.
Some cases is not able to use for circles drill.

with usb c
all i need is a single cable if i use this with macbook pro 2016?

I never tried cause my mac is old ver, but I think yes, adapters just change the type of USB!

Thank you for the fast response. I'll get the Shifted ZXCVB ISO.  :thumb:
Cheers!
Waiting for GMK Miami Dolch ISO . . .

Looking for: Titainium Spacebar 6.25

Thank you for your thorough reply, and letting me know about the schematic, I really appreciate it. I agree, it's awesome to see more PCBs with USB-C, and I'm glad you are using it.

Unfortunately, even though it's a USB 2.0 device, if the CC pins are floating, I don't believe it will work in a direct USB-C to USB-C configuration (i.e. you would need a USB-C to USB-A cable, then an OTG adapter with USB-A female on the computer with the USB-C port). Even thought it's USB2.0, the CC pins need pull-down resistors to allow USB-C to USB-C connections. It would be really cool to see this, maybe in a rev. 2 of the board!

I'm checking this these days.
If cc pins have to connect to GND with pull down resistors.
We'll modify it this time.

Just to add some info, the following application note might be helpful. I know it deals with a different microcontroller, but it describes in general what is required for a legacy USB device in terms of the resistors on the CC lines when using a USB Type-C connector. In particular, there's a schematic on pg. 16 that might help.

I see that there is a header in the middle of the keyboard. Is that something that I could use for maybe adding extra keys or LEDs?

No,
It is for testing.
We'll remove it :)

Ah. Nah, well. That's what I thought anyway. Thanks for answering.

Hi,
Thank you, we've solve the issue by add resistors.
And it works with nex Mac pro type-c now.
