  Based on my experience ti date of reverse-engineering the G80-9009 and it's Breakout Box, I'd say
this keypad "must be" either RS232 with a line for transmit, or a PS/2 Data and Clock (2 lines) protocol.

  Either way, based in the WEY HC200C docs I've seen I believe these are electrically comparable.
  However, I can't speak to the scan codes that are sent, and what the computer would do with them.
