For me (in Canada), shipping from anywhere isn't cheap, so that is something that I just live with. They are small and light, so the shipping prices from sprit are actually reasonable. Is it really worth the hassle of trying to organize another group buy in order to save 5$? I am not sure it is...

Edit: IMSTO is another option. If someone proxies a large order (say 100-200 sets) then the shipping will be negligible.

I could check in with GMK on Cherry stabs pricing as I'm pretty sure they would have them since they build keyboards that use them. Since I will be getting the Dolch order anyway shipping costs would be a non issue.

I don't think the issue was ever whether GMK or Cherry could supply stabilizers, but rather that the lead time for them was 6+ months.

That's a really nice price and there's a lack of bending wire. It makes total sense that they'd have them and would sell them, too. I don't know why I didn't think to check.

Don't quote me on this, but I think the plan is to supply cherry plate and pcb mounted stabs to everyone who ordered them and refund the people who ordered coster stabilizers.

This might create too much work, but maybe it would be good if the people who ordered coster stabs could choose a refund or one of the cherry options. Not sure if that is realistic though...

The official statement from what I can tell is that coster stabs will be refunded. The stab details are still getting worked out, so just watch this thread for a few weeks.

Recent communication indicated that the money would be refunded and it's up to us to work it out (ie, buy from Ivan).
