When I placed my order 2 years ago I was planning on soldering the board myself but now I'm not sure I can..
Would it be too much trouble to have it assembled?Of course I would pay for that on top of the donation to get all of this sorted.
Also,in case that's not possible,since I also have to receive the Toxic keyset if you want to save the GB's shipping money Bunny,you can combine the two orders

Those should be for resistors, correct (since those are the positions that support LEDs).

The exact details are escaping my mind right now, but IIRC it's not wired for full-LED without the LED expansion module. The expansion module adds either hardware (controller) or something similar to accommodate. But as I said, this is *not* official information and is from memory (a 2 year old memory, at that

). Someone please correct or confirm!

I quickly assembled a GH60 keyboard to verify the that PCBs are actually working.

Here I present to you my first GH60 keyboard with a prezzy crazy layout (that's what custom keyboards are for, right?)

I found that the pads are a bit harder to solder than I'm used to, but nothing too bad. Probably the 2 yo PCBs started to oxidate, but anyway it is working. I'll make some more tests, but I believe it's a go.

I'm said shipping will start tomorrow.

clean the board with isopropyl alcohol, splash some liquid flux and you are good to go. they are just a pinch harder to solder than I'm used to. Lead doesn't flow as well as I would expect, but totally feasible.

this sunday ive set aside some time to split the remaining orders in to batches, once i have done that ill post them here, and then starting contacting users in each batch 1 by 1

I didn't realize I was soldering on the controller. This will be fun.

the expansion board that komar007 was working on should allow the usage of all the leds.
the pcb board is complete based on the goals of the project originally.

One of the boards I got was a DIY board, so I expect I will probably have to do all the smd work on it...

Which caps are you planning to put on there?

It's been so long. I've actually forgotten what I had planned for mine now. I seem to remember wanting to do an ISO board with SAG caps.

Indeed, the spacebar is a linear white. I've got WoB doubleshots that I could put on it, or even BoW...I'll probably be chucking the caps from my FaceU on it so it'll look basically like this.
