Really LOVE the tenting, wish I could see more on ergo keyboards !!
I'm not a big fan of the Alice layout, so I might pass on this one, but a 65-75% version would be instabuy.
Overall keyboard looks awesome, very nice job you did there !

It's beautiful, love the family resemblance to the 7v. A tented wrist wrest would be really cool.

subbed. Like the look of it. But it is really going to be tough trying to gather a set of keycaps that could work for this layout. It would be great if a more standardised format could be used. Otherwise, it is going to be very limiting, money wise and availability wise.

If that is a comparison, then this board is a smaller polished version of the Microsoft Sculpt

IMHO, the only thing common between this and Esrille New is that both of them are tented.

Edit: Freudian slip. gah.

Too small tenting. I'd need at least 30 degree. Otherwise big kudos for the idea. Big improvement on the usability.

So excited!  I think your (now signature? ) weight design compliments this board even more than on the 7v.  I hope this is a huge success for you!

I don't think I will do something calligraphic since it doesn't suit the knight rider reference or the stealth bomber look but I will consider doing some sort of engraving.

Does anyone feel there would be issues with Alpha columns Q & P? Seems a stretch trying get the pinkie dinner there. Would an in between angle be better?

Those photos are real? Prototype already done? They dont look like renders?

After buying 7V, the matching aesthetic of the design in this is a must buy for me.

I'd rather try my luck with limited stock than hand my money over and maybe get a board 1 year later.

I mean really most GBs deliver. Very few have failed, especially as of late. And it's usually 6 months at most. Not a year. GB is an awesome thing for the community, especially unlimited ones that give someone an actual chance for an awesome board. Especially beginners.

Interesting split PCB design, out of curiosity how are both sides bridged together?

Gok, you say the mounting method is top mount, and you will experiment in later iterations - so we can hope there will be later iterations..?

Also, I noticed the bottom piece of the case is dark dyed PC. I went back and checked on the GB (I wasn’t lucky enough to snag a 7V) and didn’t see anything about a PC bottom. PC isn’t really cheaper to manufacture than alu, so I was wondering, what’s your aim here? Typing sound?

One is to make it lighter since a tented bottom would make it way too heavy and the other is to light the gap between the aluminium top and stainless steel weight.

Is it possible to move the red led to the middle? I'm really digging this night rider theme. I know it may require some internal wiring from the pcb...

The zooming lights are meant to be on the back.. Having that sort of effect on the front would be a bit much in my opinion.

I thought was at the bottom left corner. Yeah it could be too much but people can turn it off, no? Maybe it can do a flash when it's plugged in like how Planck has a sound effect? I know I'm being silly here.

Anyway I'm pro in stock product and would definitely be following this.
