Well, I don't know turnover for freight shipping, but I do know I won't have the boxes I ordered until Saturday at the earliest. If the keyboards get here next week, then they should hopefully be out by the following week. So let's say roughly 2 weeks from now? That's very, very rough, but should be a good general idea.

Because 25 boxes is a lot of boxes. I'm still waiting on the keyboards though, so not having them is no big deal.

Sets will come in 104 only, for the flat rate that I charge. I'll take some pictures of the sets from the first run though, so you can get an idea of what you're getting into. There's no reason for me to sell in 87 key sets because I have no use for a bunch of sets of numberpad keys.

Actually you might be able to sell them to people who have already harvested keys from a space saver board, to fill in the keys that aren't in a moogle kit.  You still have the short rshift and the wrong row del/end/pgdn keys but still.  I'd be interested, if I hadn't already sold my space saver set.  And I still would be interested in a non-munged-up numpad zero (I have a set of nice doubleshots that had a numpad zero with some serious shine/fingernail marks on it for some reason.)
