So the R3 Control only comes in stepped?
It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

If you do not have a use for your R3 stepped control I would be very happy to buy it, as your ISO enter if, again, you would not use it.

GMK only has the "ctrl" legend for r3 stepped control so I think it would be good if full step "control" was also included.

Also, many people don't have the materials necessary to desolder and resolder a switch for the stepped.  Unless GMK stepped has a center mx, ignore my idiocy

also

i did prefer the cyan on purple, however, and i did think about this a ton, i felt it best to go with the original design

Yeah for me the R3 control thing is more of a preference, all my boards support both configurations but I always set up my boards with centre stemmed caps for more compatibility with sets.

we only have so much room in the kit

so we wil lsee whats left, if anyone is super desperate for one key, it costs about $500 to add it, so we can add literally anything in if someone wants to foot the bill

+1 for making the r3 control key full touch. It be great to have both but I'm sure most people have it centered rather than offset for compatibility reasons. Also bunny would it be possible to post the mock ups with the row profiles next to the keys?

Why is the extra \¦ not \|   ?

I'm sorry you said this was addressed but I've scoured the thread and can't find the answer.

Nooo cyan on purple you were the chosen one :(

Literally my only... I don't know... complaint isn't the right word, neither is disappointment... so, my only... opinion is this. I'd prefer cyan on purple as it grew on me, but I absolutely respect the integrity move you made of keeping the original design Bun, :thumb:. I actually like it a lot (the integrity move). It makes it more of the "GMK version of SP's Hyperfuse" instead of a "SP Hyperfuse inspired GMK set", if that makes any sense. So, it's a more honest and truthful translation of the design. Which I can certainly appreciate!

If we settle on the purple on cyan. Anyone think a cyan on purple mod addon pack has any chance of passing? We already have Ivan's (?) purple GMK mods, so the interest might be low =/. But I'd still love to see at least a Hyperfuse themed purple enter, and a full hyperfuse themed mod set might be pretty great. Just food for thought.... #500SetsAndAnAddon.

I mean, there is this:

as stated, its an updated mockup, not the final one

But, my $0.02. Will be excited to see if we can add more caps, and if so, how many we can... (here's hoping for the 3 I want for my 75% completion :p).

Appreciate all your hard work Bun, so much so. You guys are doing great and I'm going to be thrilled with any outcome we reach (just to be clear ;)). Keep it up. Much love for your dedication!

No way we have enough funds for that. Not sure if you saw but Bunny said it is about $500 to add 1 key.

Bunny is offering us a "hand" lets not take his whole "arm'.

That is a lot of caps. I think people would rather have the other options such as a stepped/center stemmed ctrl key or something.
