I can't believe I missed this set again :(. I don't suppose anyone is looking to sell theirs?

I have more than one order. When I finally receive it I'll have one for sale. I'm not going to list it until it gets to me because I'm not sure if my tracking is updated due to it being a transfer order.

Plus I recommend posting and contributing more. I'll be giving priority to a buyer who is at least in good standing with  the community and will likely be utilizing the 1800 features of the set.

Hey all,
Just wanted to ask a couple questions that others may be wondering as well:
Is shipping halted completely while the ticketing system is being built/implemented (just curious, is it a platform or all custom built)?
If so, is there a date when that is expected to be done?
Do the sets that had too many/too few keys need to get sorted our before the last orders can be completed?
If we ordered Hack'd By Geeks at the same time as HF, will we be getting a refund instead of the HBG set?

Just got back from a 3 week trip for work.  Was excited that surely my HF sets would be here waiting on me.  Now so so sad to go back to waiting.  :-(

hey guys, support system is now tested and working

we finished it a few days ago but were having some issues with the email system as my email was the catchall and it was behaving strangely so we had to set it up with a new url etc

as mentioned above it was tested and working early this morning, just having some polishing touches done to it and then itll be up and live

as soon as it is cody will get the end of the sets out

thanks for your patience

as issues with keys etc stacked up it really became increasingly important the proper support system was in place to deal with it, we arent dealing with a small amount of orders here so having that system in place to avoid further delays, misunderstanding and complications was invaluable

thank you to everyone with an outstanding order for your patience, and anyone with damaged or missing keys for your understanding in this matter

ive mentioned it in another thread but ill just mention it here

a few days ago my brothers wife went in to labour nearly 7 week early, there were some complication, some of which are to be expected with a premature birth but he has been having lung issues, hes currently being supported with breathing tubes, but when they attempt to take them away, he breathes on his own for a while and then gradually stops

things are looking up but as you can imagine it is a stressful and busy time for my family, as a result i will not be around as much to reply to people for the next week or so at minimum but i will stop in whenever i can to check on things, and i will be in contact with cody as often as possible to help ensure things are running smoothly

tym is also around the forums fairly often, so if anything needs my immediate attention, please pm tym and im sure he will relay any message needed for me

Family first, you can deal with us later, new baby of your own and these complications with your brothers has to be hectic/taxing.

Im really not being unpatient at all and understand the struggle cody went thru.

But then again its slightly confusing (while probably also understandable) to see people receiving their missing caps already, while some of us are still patiently waiting...

I'd say the same about your post. This issue has been brought up earlier, and yet now they are investing time and effort to create a "support system"?

What about the other GBs? What about other GBs that started after HF, but ended way before? Why is HF being so de-prioritized?

You answer those questions and probably you'd be helpful. I've received quite a number of PMs asking me to stop my badgering because:

1. It doesn't affect the other users. Well, unless I'm the only one delayed, I'd say that I speak for more than myself and I am speaking for at least 3 buyers at this point.
2. Stop or the white-knights will come in and bash me. This one is really pointless. For all I care, only bunny and/or Cody should reply.
3. Work it out in PM. This, I'm unwilling to do because it has nothing personal about it. There should be transparency with how things are handled because this epic mangling has gone to FUBAR territory.

And for everyone telling me to be patient/this is how GBs are handled, maybe you should start thinking if "reasonable" time has passed for the fulfillment of an implied contract, because it's no longer GMK's fault at this point.

These aren't excuses, these are the facts about what happened, the alternative to doing this was to ship you an incomplete set and ignore the problem, personally I think we did the right thing

I'm pretty sure, like everyone else, you paid them for a product with the knowledge that it would take a while to fulfil, as with any GB. Sure there have been some hick-ups but to suggest foul play is pretty rude and a major overreaction, especially since this GB is very close to being completed.

I'm pretty sure, like everyone else, you paid them for a product with the knowledge that it would take a while to fulfil, as with any GB. Sure there have been some hick-ups but to suggest foul play is pretty rude and a major overreaction, especially since this GB is very close to being completed.

I also think there seems to be some misconception with gbs that I have the money, I only had the money for about a month, the money then goes to the manufacturer

People seem to think that a gb organiser is selling a product, when in reality, a gb is a bunch of us coming together to pool our resources to get a group discount on an item that we couldn't buy or would be too cost prohibitive to buy on our own, with regards to money, the organiser simply collects it so it can be passed on to the company you are actually buying the goods from

cody is planning to make an update shortly, he has a few business meetings today but will be updating shortly so i wont speak for him, but to alleviate any worries caused by me saying that it isnt bad news at all
