Are people saying that there are incomplete sets that will only be finished if the people who received extra keys send them back?

people are saying that

but we havent said that so not sure where it came from

we do have some missing and or damaged keys from gmk which are being replaced to complete a few sets though

shipping that many keys together in bags inevitably leads to some being damaged

Have you guys tried rubbing those "scratches" out?

On the keys I had with the same little marks they rubbed out...I just used my finger nail which wasn't hard enough to create a new scratch but hard enough to remove whatever was stuck on it...

Yep things are moving

When we put the new support system up and emailed everyone we go spammed hard so it's taking some time sorting through those and getting on top of it, but we are now and the last of the sets are currently moving out

About two weeks ago I put in a support ticket asking for a change in shipping address. While I received response saying that 'someone will get to it' I never actually received any confirmation that my shipping information was updated. Support request ticket number is #42409EE0.
