I'd love to figure out a way to get this set on my Ergodox. Is there any way to get blanks in these colors? Or at least something close?

I know that extra sets have been claimed 100 times over by now, but there's still the aftermarket (now with only an 80% markup!)

We need to get all sets shipped out - if you have contacted support your pictures will be been collected and ready to send off to GMK for replacements.

You'll want to have your friend open a support request on [CTRL]ALT: https://ctrlalt.io/account/help/requests. This is a better log of requests than PMs, and that way they'll be able to associate the account with the order. Take a picture of the scratch on your key and upload it to include in the support request. Once shipping has completed, they'll send information to GMK about necessary replacement keys.

So refunding and selling your spot in line is a thing? Because I don't feel like dealing with it anymore. I would just sell the two sets I ordered anyway. In the time I've been waiting, I've acquired other keysets that I'm more fond of these anyway. Also, ctrlaltio site doesn't seem to show my order anymore ( I know they had a legacy page for the older orders, but that doesn't seem to work)

I got notification that a shipping label had been printed on Monday.

Cody said he dropped all packages off on Wednesday.

No update on the tracking number as of yet.

(I'm aware that people have been waiting for movement on their shipments for over a month, but after seeing the message from Cody, I thought there would be a change.)

Gotta say, generating labels but not shipping is kinda crumby. Makes the customer even more frustrated when a couple of days go by and it still hasn't been dropped off. Also makes you wonder if maybe the package got lost or something.

Just throwing it out there, I think it's an awful practice.

There's often a day or so before tracking even flags up these things, even after drop off. No tracking for me though as it's international, I'd guess another week before it shows up suddenly.

When someone is a part of a group buy you are not a customer in the same sense as if you were dealing with GMK directly. GMK has already fulfilled their part of the deal, so right now the caps are being distributed by community members that are doing the distribution for close to nothing, and actually at a loss most of the time.
So what I'm saying is that if an organizer needs to print labels to get packages ready, but being unable to ship them because of whatever reason is to be expected.

All that said ctrl.alt usually do everything they can to make sure that everybody is satisfied with the product they are distributing.

Yea I'm aware of how group buys work. Still think creating labels and not shipping just causes a major headache. Like some have said, they got their hopes up when they got their tracking number, but didn't see movement for some time (I'm not talking about 1-2 nights).

Anyway, not trying to thread-crap or be negative, just sharing my feedback.
