Hi There guys, this is my 1st post.
My gh60 rev c plain edtion esc 1 , 2 ,3 will occasionally fail to work .I am using easyavr to complile.

Had already swap out the switches and i think the error lies in the pcb .

Welcome to GH :)

Can you post a pic of the PCB around these switches?  If it is damaged you can solder some jumper wires to get the switches working again, but usually a damaged PCB causes the switches to never work.
