Acer Accufeel Keyboard

(1/2) > >>

onionaut:

Hi all,

wonder if anyone of you guys know this Acer Accufeel is made with?

Thanks!

Whiskey in the Jar-o:
I have an Acer Accufeel (model 6501 or something like that).  It's a membrane with steel plate.  Don't think it quite looks like the picture though (or maybe that's just the picture angle).  Mine has a fairly thin profile and an large L-shaped Enter key.  It will last forever, but is nothing special otherwise.

onionaut:
i met the buyer today and finally got home to take some pictures of the keyboard.

Managed to get the Model number now, Acer Accufeel 6311

A clearer picture :D

Can anyone tell me what switch is this? D:

Whiskey in the Jar-o:
Looks nothing like the one I've got.  Mine's definitely membrane.  This guy does mention mechanical Accufeels.

I had almost forgotten about the MCK-142 (Adesso, Ortek, etc).  That thing is a MONSTER.  (quick geekhack search determines that we haven't talked about it since August 2007)  :)
