Shows that are still good when you watch them again today or shows that haven't gotten terrible over the years?
Because I have no good examples of the latter.

But there are a few old shows that I still like re-watching today; Winnie the Pooh, Fireman Sam, Thomas & Friends, Pingu and Postman Pat. I still enjoy watching the original episodes, not so keen on the 3D treatment most shows have gotten.

Winnie the Pooh is awesome.

LOL, I would also have Russian audio no subs over not getting shows at all, as I can understand it... but they usually dub things in such a lazy manner with ONE PERSON just making a narration. It's so ghetto. The worst that I got was I think Swedish audio with Chinese hard subs that were gigantic over like 1/3 the screen so heinous. Another I got had the aspect ratio changed from 16:9 to 4:3 for some damn reason. Always start with one episode and do a quality check before downing full series.

sure this did.
(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

I think after season 14 it's slowly gone downhill, and it died to me the day they used Ke$ha's song for the intro.

Animaniacs not only holds up, it is better as an adult.  Nostalgia + I get all the references now.  My kid has access to all the Power Ranger variants from Mighty Morphin' to Super Samurai on Netflix.  I was a bit too old to be into them as a kid, but as an adult, I see that they are suprisingly good and often self-consciously hilarious.

Seinfeld on the other hand is NOT holding up.  The Simpsons died for me around 2000-2001.  I don't even bother with the new stuff, but the 90s era is still gold.

I haven't seen them recently, but anyone else here watch the older pre-Nicktoons shows?  David the Gnome, Cities of Gold, some koala show whose name escapes me... ?  I used to watch the business out of those.
