The set is inspired by dark, brutalist and gothic style (more based on the gothic palette)

Well power to all the edgelords but the novelties don’t really have a consistent enough art style to work IMO, a lot of variation in line width and stuff. I’m a bit confused about the drop shadow/embossing/texture lines on some of the keys in the Visuals kit renders too. The Pain novelty is tacky.

I believe that's down to the way these were rendered, they haven't unwrapped the keycaps to mask the novelties they have them as physical models that have been dropped on to the top of keycap. Pretty rookie really.

Overall, set isn't for me, a lot of inconsistencies and mix of styles. I suggest you go back to the drawing board, make everything cohesive and then revisit this.

Also check around the ability to use the heartagram, It's a logo for band called HIM and you might not be able to use it.

Feel like that's going to look horrible when in use with just random grey keys and others being that base beige.

and please work on the render lighting, it makes it difficult to see the set colors when every shot is in shadow or just darkened

like others are mentioning, the lack of attention to detail to this set is worrying. this whole IC screams rushed and not planned. if you truly want to make a set, please make sure you have everything in order before posting. how professional and well thought you make it look is what we use to gauge how serious to take the set. if the IC is a sloppy and unfinished mess, we'll expect nothing less from the final product.

while I'm sure a lot of people might still be concerned about this sets viability; I commend the repairs you made to the IC as a whole

I really do enjoy the concept and ideas behind this set (and I think a lot of other people do too....)

Its the antithesis of the super cutesy, pastel colored, usually very weebie sets I come across on this IC forum.... but honestly its like halfway there.

I'd love to see more of the scratch out aesthetic or more of a perverted twisted sense of darkness from this project.

Take a look at the Duality TKL and the concept behind that keyboard. Think of a keycap set that would match the concept of that design without going overboard and cheesy.

Also, take a look at GMK Redacted for a concept that is successful in uniqueness and execution. Anyone can glance at that set and understand the cleverness and concept behind it. Although GMK Redacted isn't for everyone- people can appreciate it and just "get it".

Right now, this concept isn't quite there yet....

(but i like it!)
