Huge missed opportunity not to have the left and right hands of Baphomet as novelty keys.
This gesture by Baphomet is the "as above, so below" with huge significance for a variety of esoteric and occult schools of thought. Anybody who is sufficiently familiar with Western esotericists like Aleister Crowley would recognise these as symbolising the dichotomy between two complementary modes of magick, the
left-hand path and right-hand path. The left-hand path is, very loosely speaking, about violating convention and order, embracing chaos, and destabilising hierarchies, whereas the right-hand path is about forming order out of instability, recreating conventions, and taming the chaotic.
They'd just make for absolutely fantastic raise/lower or pageup/pagedown or volume up/down or arrow keys, and would complement the goat-head novelty brilliantly.
Edit: I just made a silly mockup of what it could look like because I was bored. I'm sure you could come up with a much better illustration than this one, this was just quick and incredibly low-effort (and they should probably be R4 for raise/lower or something but you get the idea):
