Hey guys, this is my first post here.
I recently purchased a HHKB PRO 2 Type-S.
After testing all the keys, I immeadiately noticed that my left shift key is much louder than the rest of the keys. It looks like the loud "Thock" is generated when I press the key, not when I release the key. So I don't think the O-ring silence is the issue here. I removed the cap tried to press without the key cap and still very loud. So the key cap was not the issue.
I was wondering if anyone had or is having this similar issue and knows how to resolve this issue.
