Edit: I finally got an electronic ticket, but had to jump through a few hoops including getting an e-SIM and a pre-paid debit card.
The QR code is different each time I reload the page, so I assume that the ticket can't be printed and we'd have to rely on all electronic services to work correctly when the time comes.
