The ergodox kit is rather expensive, what if kit 5 had 4x 2unit ge blanks and 12 1.5unit gx blanks.
Then you only would need kit 5 and tenkeyless basekit too cover both a ergodox and a standard tenkeyless.

they all support stepped capslocks

I personally love Lysol's gmk purple stepped capslock.

Ok, in the redline basekit you get two |\ and '~ keys, they come in both GE and GX.
You are only including them in GX which I find is wrong since they are alphas and alphas in dolce are GE.
I think that those two keys should be GE in your base kit and you should offer them in GX in Kit 5. Might be a little late though to add keys to kit 5 as it would increase the price.

maybe I should remove it and that would lower the cost a little.

Yeah, everything above is clear but I don't understand how I can get a BLANK |\ key (ansi 1.5u) in GE
The |/ key is a alpha key in both ansi and iso and I don't understand why it then is in GX in the blank base kit.
And now I am blameing the caffeine because I think that you misunderstood me earlier, I am talking about the blank kit you are offering and that it is in the blank base kit that the alpha keys is in the wrong color.

Have you gotten permission from OTD.kr to include those keys? If i recall correctly it was OTD.kr that funded the making of the stepped 1.75u DSA mold.
