Just finished building mine! This was my first custom build, and I'm really happy with how it came out. I didn't do a full build log because I was kind of nervous about messing something up and didn't want the distraction of stopping to take pictures between steps. I'll try to do a build log for my second build once my Cherry Clears come in next week.

Build: GON NerD PCB (Black), Silver Aluminum Plate, 67g Zealios in a Silver MKC Case. Stabilizers are clipped and lubed with Finish Line Extreme Fluoro.
I used the SEEED Mini Soldering Iron from Massdrop and Kester .5mm 63/37 rosin core solder for this build. I found it really easy to work with and was able to finish the PCB in ~15 minutes with the iron at 350C.
Notes on the board: I'm not sure Zealios are my thing. I've got the board built up with Nuclear Data right now and definitely prefer my fairly worn in Cherry Clears from my Pok3r to the Zealios (for SA at least). I'm going to try switching the board to a different case and throw on some different caps (PBT Cherry Profile, GMK and PBT DSA). My next build will be with a steel plate and Cherry MX Clears, and I may end up doing a third build with Clears and sell this one if I can't get accustomed to the Zealios.
