I think we should call the event Clackvent, not Radnelac, if we're shortening the name.  Clackvent is a play on Advent, which is the identifying name of the event.  Radnelac is just calendar spelled backward.  It's silly to call something the "Calender event", and makes much more sense to call it the "Advent event".
