You can purchase the base set and opt out of the PCB, which is -$50

Yes. The PCB price itself is 50$. Just remove it from the total price as asdfjkl36 said :D

I suppose this will bump the thread :)

Anyway, I received one of these boards yesterday, and I thought I would write a few words about it as feedback!

This is the first TKL board that I've ever actually purchased, having only owned 60%, 40% and full size boards before. I have to say, this is a very impressive board for the price. It's full aluminum, and the fit and finish are really nice. The Anodizing is very consistent, and the blue (the color I asked for) is a very deep, rich blue. Just like the photos in the OP. I can't comment on the Quality of the PCB, since I learned that it isn't programmable. For myself, I wanted a fully programmable board, since that's what I'm used to at this point, with all of my 60% and 40% boards.

Anyway, I used a GON NerD TKL PCB with this, and I have to say, I'm rather impressed with the outcome here. This has to be the stiffest aluminum plated board that I've ever used, and I totally love it. The top, bottom, and plate are all incredibly close to being the same color that you don't even notice a difference until you really, really look for it in good light. The only negative as far as color is that the feet don't match quite as well as the rest of the board. It doesn't bother me, since I won't really ever see them, so there's that. (Note: They do match pretty well, just not as well as the rest of the components of the board.

The build process went smoothly (despite my forgetting to put stabs on the PCB at first...) and the whole board turned out well. I don't think that the OP says anything about the brand of switches that will be sent to you, but for my order, I was sent genuine Cherry MX Blues, which is pretty cool. The fit and finish is very good. The right side of my board sticks out ever so slightly from the bottom, but we're really nitpicking at this point, since it's easily less than .5mm... On the rest of the edges, the fitment is exceptionally good. For those of you looking to use a separate PCB, keep in mind that Winkeyless has the USB port in the wrong spot, so you can't use those without some trickery of your own that I think would be rather difficult to pull off. Also, you will want a PCB that has the USB port on the top of the PCB, not the bottom.

I can't really comment on ping, because I installed one of the pads of dampening foam that GON sells, so in my board, there isn't any ping to speak of. I also didn't end up using the stickers on this board, since I wasn't sure if I would like it or not, and I was just too darn impatient. (note to self: start modding the switches BEFORE the board gets here XD)

Really, if there was one thing that I had to change on this board, it would probably be to have removable switch tops. However, I also realize and accept that that would add a significant cost to the board, so at the price that I paid, I think it's an utterly fantastic deal for the quality of board that you are getting.

For anyone that wants to see the potato photos I took with my phone, those are here: https://imgur.com/a/Wtlfu (also posted on /r/MK, and I will also probably be posting these photos elsewhere.

Edit: It doesn't really matter to me, but it is something that I noticed; On my desk, I have a Vinyl Surface on my desk, and when I go to slide the board, there is very little resistance, but once the board sits for a little while, it sticks well enough that it won't move during normal use. I actually quite like that property about the feet, but I'm not sure if that's consistent with other surfaces, or just a function of the surface that I have on my desk.

Those are shipping from Vietnam, doesn't it?

I live in Thailand and it's must be good for the shipping cost.

is it would have other choices of switches in the near future or not, like a MX Clear or something.

Thanks you for answer  :D
