Kinesis hand rest replacements

Looking for Kinesis hand rest replacements.
My hand rests (those sponge pads, that you attach to the top of the keyboard where your palms rest) are getting a bit worn. I've swapped them, by turning them around: just a 180 degree turn and stuck them back on. That will do for a few months. But what are the options to replace them?
Reading EmacsWiki:
http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/KinesisKeyboard
some user recommended: "Scholl Druckstellenpflaster", which seems to be rubber padding that you put in your shoes to make them fit better.
What do you use?
Thanks

Click my sig linking to Kinesis wiki, there is a supplier link for various neoprene, memory foam, etc.
The supplier I reference is McMaster-Carr....the link should go to a page of suitable materials.

Try you keyboard without them for a few days! When mine wore out after a few years, I ditched them entirely and actually like it better. Not to mention they get in the way if you want to add
palm keys
to your keyboard.
